Standard shipping is free for all purchases over 50 USD shipped within the United States. In the case of a consolidated order, when items have to be picked and packed from both our CT warehouse as well as our JHB warehouse, Dapper will start the order by packing the items located in the warehouse furthest away from your delivery address (the secondary warehouse). When the entire order is being fulfilled from the warehouse furthest away from the delivery address that is termed a secondary delivery. When the entire order is being fulfilled from the warehouse closest to the delivery address that is termed a primary delivery.

In the case of post office delivery, your order will be delivered to the post office nearest to your address within the postal code you selected. Should a delivery fee have been charged on the order, this will not be reimbursed, given that the courier has attempted delivery on numerous occasions.

The courier will try once more (third attempt), and if at that time there is still no one to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a return will be processed for the goods. If nobody is present at the address at the time of delivery, our courier will make a second attempt to deliver on the next working day. In the case of standard delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process. For orders over R5 000, Dapper delivers FREE throughout South Africa with either standard, post office or pick up point deliveries depending on where the shopper is based.įor orders under R5 000, Dapper charges a standard, non-refundable delivery fee of R60.
